This page covers the and-time.com collection website and contact form, operated by Yuuki Ishiyama. Each game has its own privacy information, linked below.
One analytics choice for four sites
and-time.com, Ads and Time, Sezoku and Time, and Numbers and Time share your analytics preference. Choose on any of the four sites; you will not be asked again when moving between them in the same browser. You can change your choice using “Analytics settings” on every site.
The preference is saved for up to 180 days in a cookie named and_time_analytics, shared across and-time.com and the three game subdomains. This preference cookie contains no person or browser identifier. Previous game-specific permissions are not expanded automatically: the shared scope is confirmed once. Clearing or blocking cookies, or using another browser, may require a new choice.
No third-party analytics scripts load before permission or after a refusal. Browsing, games, and the contact form remain available. Withdrawal stops analytics; each site clears its analytics cookies when opened. Open pages also check periodically and on return, and reload when needed to stop running analytics.
What this collection site measures
With permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, display language, clicks to the three games, and visits to the production and licensing information. Google processes cookie identifiers and browser and device information. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. This property's user and event data retention is set to two months; aggregated reports have separate retention rules.
We do not send contact names, email addresses, messages, URL query strings, or fragments to analytics. Automatic form measurement, Google signals, and advertising personalization are disabled. This collection site does not use Clarity recordings. See Google's privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising on the game sites
The three games follow the same choice for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, game progress, and interaction patterns. Their individual privacy pages explain game event data, when Clarity runs, and retention. See also Microsoft's privacy statement.
This shared preference covers analytics. Advertising permission is separate, and the analytics integrations keep advertising consent denied. This collection site does not load advertising scripts. Its AdSense metadata and ads.txt support ownership verification and protection of advertising inventory.
Contact form data
The form collects your name, reply email address, topic, message, and display language. These are stored in Cloudflare D1 with a reference number, receipt time, privacy acknowledgement version, and notification status. The information is used only to reply to and handle your inquiry, not for advertising or marketing.
A daily process deletes inquiries from Cloudflare D1 more than 180 days after receipt. IP addresses are not stored with inquiry records. To request deletion or ask about your information, use the contact form and include your reference number.
Hosting and spam prevention
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes contact form submissions. It may process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
The Cloudflare Turnstile script loads only when you select “Start the security check” on the form. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser information to help prevent spam. A temporary hash of the IP address is also used to limit repeated submissions. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Notifications to the operator
To handle your inquiry, your name, reply email address, topic, message, display language, reference number, and receipt time are sent to the operator’s Slack workspace. Information in Slack follows the workspace’s retention settings, separately from the 180-day period for Cloudflare D1. See Slack’s privacy policy for information about the service.
