Ads and Time is a free browser game about keeping space as fictional ads arrive. Find a small close button, wait for one to appear, or hold to charge a screen-clearing move. Each new ad asks you to choose your next action.

Finding the close button takes time
Close buttons vary in size and position; some appear after a delay. Pressing the ad body never opens an external website. A press that is not a valid close increases the in-game ad pressure.
Close now, or charge a screen-clearing move?
Hold to store one Clear all charge. Release, then press again to use it. You cannot close ads while charging, so the time needed to charge is part of the choice.
Ad pressure and 30-second flights
Each flight lasts 30 seconds, across 100 flights. The run ends at 100% ad pressure. Decide which ad to close next as the screen fills.

Does this block real advertisements?
It is a game about closing fictional ads. It does not block advertisements in other websites or apps.
Can an ad open a store or make a purchase?
Pressing a fictional ad body never opens an external site. Real ads and purchases are currently unavailable.
Is it free, and can I play on a phone?
Yes. No account or download is required. Tap on a phone or click on a computer.
Can I use a keyboard?
Move your aim with the arrow keys or WASD, close with Enter or Space, and pause with Escape.
